I'm not asking for your rationale regarding the worthiness of Qld as an asset, I'm enquiring as to your rationale behind suggesting that a company would part with $25 million as a capital investment in SFG when they don't need to own a single share to buy out the Queensland operation and when it doesn't reduce the price they would have to pay for the acquisition. You haven't given any reason for it whatsoever, on face value it is illogical, and it is pivotal to your position.
