Taking the longer term view - do we really think these guys would have invested $25m in equity if they were not very confident that the funding would come through and PSD would go ahead.
They have no doubt done extensive due diligence and are probably better informed than most of us as to how the funding package is progressing.
I am very happy to see this equity injection and very happy to see the parcel I bought last month at 5.1 well in the green!
