    At $25 million for 25% of the company, this offer values the enterprise at $100 million. There are roughly 1.4 billion shares outstanding (75% of the shares after this investment - valued at $75 million), therefore Nissui has acquired a touch over 467 million shares at a price of about 5.35 cents per share.
