Hmmm this one might hurt on a number of fronts.

1. No announcement but this article appears to be in the public domain before the announcement to the ASX.

2. They still have to respond to a price query from the ASX and the ASX will not see this public article in a favourable light given their continuous disclosure obligations.

3. Yup, it appears to be a private placement and will discount the share price accordingly.

Irrespective of the poor handling of the compliance process the content of the posted article makes for interesting reading. They still have to resolve the ownership, or extension, of Legune Station before much else happens with PSD.

My view is the price will now come off a little once they recommence trading.
