seems to be plenty of deals being done for the niobrara with some big names being interested in getting in on the action:

if ELK can get someone to do a similar deal then the 3,200 acres at Grieve should be valued at about $8m for the niobrara (based on $2,500 per acre). With the op at +$90 I'm sure there is someone sniffing around, it's just a matter of how our new management goes about negotiations for a jv.
