Someone please correct me if im wrong but I think you might be talking about the 800M options that were to be given to the previous Cameroon partner however, these were cancelled when LEG sold the project to the Indians.
The top shareholder is still Yandal Investments (Mark Creasy) which wouldn't be selling.
I think the top 20 register would be pretty stable... maybe Johnnycrash selling (maybe not)... or otherwise just impatient investors.... the delay on survey results and lack of activity in tenement acquisition have hurt the SP most I think.
