Tangs, all I am saying is that previous explorers apart from CRA thought there should be a sulphide source somewhere. Aurelia metals have the Doradilla project that they have proven Nickel sulphides occur. Helix is just starting to unravel the mysteries of the Collerina deposit and I am not thinking at this stage that they have stumbled on a huge nickel find. What is pleasing is the length of Nickel sulphide intersections being 10-15m. Remember that the recent GBR discovery at Mt Venn was from some very low level Ni-Cu that only where found because of assaying a water bore hole...
I do understand that god forbid anyone would postulate the exsistance of Nickel and Cobalt sulphides then post nearly irrefutable proof of there exsistance proximal to an extensive program of Copper drilling that will form a Jorc Resource later this year at Collerina thereby potentially enhancing what could turn out to be a high grade low cost ore with a low upfront development cost.
Aeris Resources have already flagged some problems with ore hardness at times and without knowing the exact hardness of ore at Collerina we do have Canbelgo and Collerina as near surface high grade options and in most cases near surface ore is softer than ore derived from sources a kilometre underground.
Two very notable examples and whilst in the gold space were Ramelius Resources Mt Magnet operation that lacked sufficient sources of decent grade soft ore to run the 80/20 hard/soft ore blend that contributed to milling issues. Two significant impediments to maximum ore throughput are mill speed and charge/ore mixing rates these in turn usually when predominantly hard ore is used cause mill lifter and liner breakage resulting in unintended plant stoppages. Dropping mill throughput and mill availability can only lead to one thing a higher per unit cost. The other notable example was Saracen minerals hard ore from Red October a while back once the Whirling Dervish pit ore ran out.Suffering from some of the above issues they got rid of the asset and optimized the ore hardness blend thereby maximizing Carasoue Dam milling rates.
Why would I bother highlighting any of this. Well fixed cost is fixed cost. CSA, Aurelia and Aeris all have mature deep mines and are guaranteed to have ore hardness issues at some point... Helix have some of the only from surface potentially economic subject to further work orebodies in the region at this stage. To maximize your return ore treatment plant assets it’s imperative to run the asset at maximum efficiency across its whole design life cycle. Ore blending and staged development of orebodies to ensure nameplate or above throughput usually is the domain of the larger low debt/ no debt companies that can forward capitalise costs to keep optimum blends to plant.
It is very rarely spoken about in these forums but continues to be the basis that large mining firms look at when CBA acquisition of assets plan is set out.
Aeris do have some high grade options to add to plant tonnages but still have some debt and their best assets has significant upfront development costs. While Collerina has transport costs it also would have much lower mine development costs being much closer to surface.
Not surprised to be personally attacked for trying to highlight the potential of the Nickel and cobalt sulphide case for Helix resources tenements that have 85km of VMS strike potential and now Nickel Cobalt sulphide.
Maybe the Northern anomaly is a big ball of nickel, or not..

Yes I will buy at these levels, yes I will consider taking the max in any future raises, no I will not use my stake to massage the price lower or down ramp while buying.
Of note is that it would be foolish to raise anything when WPG is going through a halt and restructure.
Any change in ownership of Tunkillia over 50% would see a payment due to Helix in the form of $500 000 in cash and 10 000 000 in WPG shares as below.

I started this thread to highlight the Nickel Cobalt sulphide potential and have just added a few short comments on the above to highlight what Aerelia or Aeris operations may encounter that would make Collerina and any subsequent discoveries more valuable than just the in ground value of metal.
I thought posting something that maybe looked on positively by any future potential investors as a positive for the SP and company in general. When you get attacked you can’t help but think that some want the SP to go down. Very odd.
