Here's the weekly for the metal (LME is the source data for this chart).

Shows a definite mild uptrend from Feb this year; I've got resistance at 9450; if it can crack that; then next stop is 10705.

10K looks like a real psychological barrier; the price doesn't look like it has spent enough time wallowing around this level for the big uptrend to 20K.
