IMO: Hold.
The price gaps between 1c-4c is just ridiculous (albeit, it will change when the SP increases) and the Quarterly report showed prospect.
Anyone who bought at 0.003c would be laughing all the way to the bank. Potential to be a >1c stock in a few weeks.
