I think you need to read the appointments announcement Pixie. Sounds like Nick would be an asset given his involvement with a french investment bank ( provided they survive the current turmoil ). He doesn't sound like your average rugby player !

The main thing i like about the announcement is that it signals progress. They are hiring the people to get things happening which is what we all want , isn't it ?
