With the share price going up they way it has, if it hits it's 3c range then that should generate a lot of interest in the company, possibly even influencing the deal that is being made. The companies in negotiation will not only want to do the deal, but maybe even give them exactly what is required to complete the plant and possibly even buy into the stock privately to become holders in Apg itself!
