While it was an original pre-condition, in Friday's announcement, Trenchstone dropped the equity raise pre-condition and the announcement was clear that funds would be available on 19 Sep, subject to "completion of certain administrative pre-conditions" and the gold price is not an administrative pre-condition. By the way, you may have noticed that the AUD gold price is up $14.20 an oz today to $1,315 an oz.
