Towie. There is no guarantee that you will get them at that price. It depends on having someone on the sell side who is prepared to take .035. BUT, big BUT, you have to put in a bid for .004 and pay .004.
The last 5 million have been crossed @ .0035 with bids of .004 and I just reckon that with over 21 million now on the sell side @ .004, there will be those who are sick of waiting and will accept .0035 and run.
It's a punt within a punt. But, you've got to be prepared to pay .004 if they can't make a cross sale.
