I honestly cannot understand this delay. By the EOPL agreement, LNY really will be doing no work themselves on the site, so, how do they have to do employment and training deals with the TOs as stated by the Operations Manager? Therefore is EOPL the delaying factor??
Let's see the QR in the next couple of days with great doubt that there will be anything different, UNLESS, they are listening to shs and providing a bit more detail than a cut and paste from the June QR.
