I'd like to see a good setup with the Sabina and Palmyra sales really setting the groundwork in absence of south perth's civic tower going ahead. this project seems to be having difficulty and a revised work hasn't yet been out so our hopes of a huge pipeline there is currently on ice.
I do hope they have continued success with some non-CBD developments such as Palmyra and other inner/middle suburban ring apartments. I was abit sceptical and still don't know why people are choosing to live in that spot frankly... so for once I am truly stumped haha.
I did have an original FRI parcel back clsoe to the $1.40s but with all the dividends over the last 4 or 5 etc. years I think it equates to the $0.30-0.40 the share price is lacking anyway... so I'll behappy to have a share price appreciate back to $1.35 let alone continue with dividends. Waiting for the return to $0.10 pa ividends when the pipeline recovers.
