Yep you are right, 80,000,000 share capital raising at not less than 10cents and allocated at the discretion of the directors. Plus another 35,000,000 in script for the Grosnevor Assets.

I really wonder what goes through directors minds when they cant just come out to the market and disclose this earlier. This is pretty material information and had i bought into today buying i wouldn't be happy.

With only 97 Million shares currently quoted, you are have effectively doubled the shares on offer. (dilution by half)

Call me crazy, but ALY have just sized up another lot of land next door, for effectively shares deal which is a good deal for ALY shareholders. BUT ALY already have 3.5m in cash from last quarter. Are they seriously going out to buy more assets with picking up another 8m in cash. I can only think they are going to buy JRL (jindalee resources)

I am stumped and unless some one can clear this up for me then I wont be getting on board in a hurry.
