monogram, well hidden in the announcement, but they DID flag an equity raising:
"These Consideration Shares will be issued at a price to be determined by an equity raising to be conducted before completion of the transaction."
Personally, this looks like a great deal for Grosvenor and not such a good deal for ALY shareholders (especially considering it was ALY that brought the legal action againsts Grosvenor...what the heck??). And $3.5M considertion for ground simply because its adjacent to their own ground...ridiculous if you ask me.
Was watching ALY closely to see what this ann was, but now its off my radar. Glad I exited this stock many months ago. Glad for shareholders it ann has put an uptick in SP though.
