Why bother when they could likely scoop the lot up under 10c a share anyway? this is small beer for NST IMO.
I would speculate they're likely keeping others guessing and accumulating whilst not giving anything much away other than they have a interest in the area.. at some point I would expect we'll see them show their hand - question is when? is it them waiting out TAM or others in the area? TAM will have $28mil cash + 500,000 NST shares - they can wait years themselves as long as their main shareholder APAC is happy to do so (something like 38% of the stock).

If NST wanted more dirt why would they be in a hurry to drill in the sweet spots or tell the market of the plans? I guess how long is a piece of string...
