Not anything new in the announcement. I wouldn't take anything positive away from the 2c level the deal was done on. It would have been based on when the deal was made and for a particular price. If it was negotiated today they just would have asked for another 2M shares.
Remember they're buying this partially to flip it. And if you've invested $140k in OBL you could have bought this block and had some money left over. What I mean by that is it's not really a big deal. If they can flip it for a couple of times what they bought it for then I guess sure why not. It's a roundabout CR at a higher price than they could currently get at market or with Lind. Pays a couple of months of admin costs or something. *shrugs* Better than nothing I guess.
