The catalyst will be the drilling at Rembrandt.As stated in the ASX releases,deeper scout drilling should be able to confirm continuity of the resource between the high grade hits of more than twenty years ago.No absolute guarantees,but more probable than not.Infrastructure already in place,access roads etc. and I presume there are gold processing facilities in the area,with spare capacity. Question to the professionals who have entered this forum.What is the cost per tonne in a toll milling arrangement? I wish to examine the fundamentals in establishing a baseline valuation. As already stated ,EV 1 mill.Great Western,confirmed resource with expressions of interest.Rembrandt,shallow resource,near term mining opportunity.Gimlet,next door to MRD who have just spent millions only to confirm the ultramafic lithologies lie under TMX's block.As we are all aware there are many stocks out there whose valuations are largely based on sentiment alone,this one appears to be in a different category.I do agree this is a 'blue moon' opportunity.Many of you will be happy with 3-5 bags,my gut feeling,however,is that it will run much higher on positive news. As a duty of disclosure,I do hold a fair whack of this stock.Im not trying to ramp it up for the sake of the exercise.Baseline valuation 2.5c.Further upside to 6-8c on the receipt of positive data.Comments from the players who have entered the fray would be appreciated.
