re: the analyser Top-Pick, yep good pick up on the MOB. I am currently treating it as shorter term trade only though in the run up to the further cash 'injections' they will receive from Vodaphone and potential dividend and further price appreciation leading up to that (might not stay for the divvy - if any).
Didn't expect it to get sold down so far after the last run ;-).
On ETC - to be honest I have not looked at it. I will have to do some research. I said before I would but I haven't. If you say worth research they I will have a look - thanks.
