    Hi Joewolf.

    Fantastic post.....well thought out and well researched...a rarity on HC.

    I and those I "encourage", will be voting against the proposal. It will really come down to the insto's who hold....but as the press has reported and you have pointed out....not a great deal for MAp security holders.
