well done , not for anything other than applying your mind.

These forums are great as we get talking and in the greater scheme of things I think the financial services industry has found too many ways to share in our investments.

I have only done better when I started to do far more research and stopped listening to the herd. I followed TII until it cost me money with TIM and after that I realised I would have to find a better forum to interact with. Still read their stuff but do a far more indepth analysis of the companies before I invest.

The more I practice the better my luck seems to be. I just have to stave off greed as I have succumbed too many times to greed and lost money on something that should have shouted its too good to be true.

We need all of us on these forums to keep up the input as it helps us all. I only use charts for entry and exist points believing far more in looking for good management and sound businesses.

However Do your own research before any investment decision. I have been wrong many times before and will be again. These are just the opinions of mine.

So to Michaelirish thanks it helps to bat things around.
