I think its the mysterious financial engineering associated with MAPs (and to a lesser degree with others in the MBL Stable) that just wants to make investors cautious. On face value tho I like a good monopoly. There is always some risk of ACCC intervention if they gouge too much from tennants and passengers too. I will remain a watcher for some irresistable entry level.
