There is a reason for this. There is a payout to Kaplan of cash and stock which is based on a 30 day VWAP so "they" will be trying to keep the share price as low as possible leading up to it. August 18 is the critical date I think, ie the time to buy, because once the restructure is complete the SP is going back towards $2 in a hurry IMHO.
This company will be huge long term and anything under $2 will be bargain basement prices. Get on board, Corrigan is a weapon
