Entertainment Media & Telecoms (ETC) looks incredibly cheap if it pockets the promised sums from contracts with Malaysian immigration authorities and China's gas safety nannies (it has a contract to track every new liquefied petroleum gas bottle made in the country). ETC shares soared from 19c to 53c this year before investors took a chill pill. There's no inkling management won't deliver, but folks want the hard evidence and that's understandable.
