There doesn't appear to be any rumours about TO's, although anyone would have to expect that VPE wants it. That's no secret!
Those buys today appear as straight forward upticks and the stocks a little too low to start the BOT up.
Todays volume was under 3m, the BOT will be behind things when the volume goes through 20m. When it does - that's the area that VPE are feeling they can manipulate the price (if its them) - unless someone else is seeing what VPE see also.
IMHO - wait for the daily 20m+ volumes to kick in before getting excited.
Could get very interesting here over the next few days if there's any real commitment behind this - but why now? Is it because VPE's new management have just made their minds up and this is their first arm flex?
