    Why wont you talk about the huge dilution and coming consolidation.
    After all. This is not a new company being floated no matter how much you try and spin that it is.
    Same management that has failed to return any value to holders. Same liabilities.
    Do company's that return from heavy dilution and a consolidation jump in share price??
    What will the consolidation be? 1:5 at Ark. 1:10 at CCC. 1:20 at RRS or will it be a 1:100 like at CTR???
    I'm sure you already know. I'm sure you didn't cough up with out assurances on the other side of huge dilution and a consolidation.
