Just checked the 2014 Annual Report.

Could not find a list of shareholders
The Non-Exetutive Chairman and the Non-Executive Director do NOT hold shares

Did find that the Company Secretary was Jane Flegg(see CCC.ASX)
And is paid through a consulting agreement with OKAP=$215,000 P.A.


( check out the dozen companies that OKAP has been involved with . To name a few CCC,NKP,CTR =Horrendous reading!!!
Shareholders of these companies have lost hundreds of millions $$$$$ of funds

There are already other companies in the listed marihuana market

Wildflower in USA and Canada
PYL.ASX in Australia +MMJ Bioscience in Canada
Plus others


I just cannot see the mirrors for the smoke
