The picture in the presentation is simply plucked from the website of the business park. I know of nothing linking it to WG. The reference to the lab being in a converted barn was in an article relating to negotiations between a junior miner from Canada and WG, which went to custard when the Canadian company bought into the music business instead. Interestingly, the relevant article, which was written by the spouse of someone from the Canadian company, described Strauss as "mad". I understand that the climate in Uruguay is not particularly supportive of outdoor growing. Two crops would be pushing it, and because the cost of electricity is 3 times higher there than the US, indoor growing is not very economical. Setting up 20 hectares of indoor is a multimillion dollar proposition. I also have reservations about the figures given for CBD, which seem to have gone from $60k to$100k in very short order. The land is leased, the lab equipment seems to be borrowed, and there is very little obvious IP. Money needs to be raised and the value of IGS diluted by half. All of this could be clarified by a comprehensive presentation that is not couched in PR speak, but until then, I'm out.
