Notice of Appeal has to be filed in this 30 days time frame to the authorized's office. Any document of "the Statement of Reasons" of appeal has to be in the authorized's office within 30 days since they hanged in the Notice Of Apeal. The authorized's office has to send a copy of Notice Of Appeal to Interior Board of Land Appeals within 15 days since they received the NOA (which was passed) and send the rest for the next 15 days. We just contact Interior Board of Land Appeals to ask if they received this NOA. The only case they will refuse to answer you is "there are a Notice Of Apeal AND with "confidential" note. We just want to know there is NO an Notice Of Appeal, so I think It's must easier.
