There was a thirty day window for objections to be lodged to the granting of the ROW and/or any of the conditions that pertained to it. I emailed BLM about a week before the deadline and no objections had been lodged to that date.
There were two objectors when the proposal was advertised initially in mid 2010, but I believe their concerns were addressed in the mid-April (2011) report, and any further contests would most likely have come from those sources.
An update from the company confirming this would be useful, but as any objections would be news, I imagine that at this point, and after today's announcement no further objections or proposals have been lodged.
