Seriously, though, so many of these small caps are tarred with the same brush; they make over-optimistic forecasts all the time; they under-report to shareholders; and they have scant regard for existing shareholders when they need more cash. Oh, and they overpay themselves to perform the above. It makes me think I should be running a company myself - I couldn't perform any worse. Perhaps we need laws introduced that make managers personally liable for shareholder losses when performances fall well wide of expectations. That'd buck the bastards up, or get 'em out of their jobs. Having said all that, in a market such as we had in 2006/7 MIZ would probably be sitting around $1 now, so market sentiment to risk is the biggest drawback here just now.
