Thought I would repost last night commentary on NHR seeing that it is doing so well today.

Firstly have followed this company for years after it acquired a client og mine(in pretty big trouble I may add due to litigation). Saved me over $250,000.
Been watching them intently and their business along with Coates Hire. This has a lot more potential now with Stokesy on board and the Caterpiller distributerships for three Australian states.
This industry is in the midst of a huge upturn also and expect to see some phenomenal growth despite the general economic and financial problems that still persist. I do expect Coates to take them over in fact eventually.
Don't forget BCA. I am passionate about this one and know how valuable it really is. Goblin
