Cant say it comes as a shock announcement (you guys had the goss for sure), there was obviously a fair bit if leakage in front of its formal release so would it normally have been a buy the rumour sell the fact without the trading halt?
Small oilers getting hammered atm as well so best to temper expectations for return of NHE to the market??
