The reality is.... by 2019 we probably be under MQG at a rediculous TO price...

Our hero MD already indicate that if the share price isn’t 30-40 Cent by then it will be impossible to remain independent... (some took it as positive indication....)
Funny thing is... since the AGM when the last Take Over was voted down, it seems as management trying to keep price low to satisfy the future owner (MB) and not the current owners (us the Share Holders)
- Lack of communication in one of the most critical time for this company and a rare time for gas shortage looming.
-Months of delay between the 25m raising to the first well drilled, (and I wouldn’t be surprised if we hear perfect reasoning why the next well is months away....),
- Not to mention all the support for the previous offer....
Etc etc...

I’m sure it is all perfectly legal, but I think for many long term holders here - something doesn’t feel right. (I can only speak to my self though....)

And before I’m getting attacked (probably by people who bought recently at 8-9 cents and only see blue sky... ) I’m holding since 2009, participated in most Capital raisings, and having nearly 1.7 m of shares which probably will never reach my buying average price... )

I’m still holding as MB will need to offer premium in order to take it over, but 30+ 40+ 50+... unfortunately highly unlikely....
