thanks tobyjack for posting that - I hadn't seen or heard
anything re: takeover , I was making an educated guess from
the announcements made this morning from both companies
and the location of both companies deposits, plus the processing agreement already in place,
if it is a takeover it will be interesting to see what the price will be
