I agree, AEL will be calling the shots here.
I believe NXS have taken a stake here in order to make it more difficult for the other suitors to get their hands on AZA. Should NXS decide to add to their holdings in AZA whose to say that AEL themselves won't become a bid target? Afterall they do own a controlling 53.11% in AZA which may, or may not, prove to be the key to gaining overall control of the company.
Interesting times.
