SA government has announced they are going to remove foreign shareholder cap on Santos.
Santos argued the case that the cap was restricting the company in regards acquisitions and mergers. Santos believed to be going through AZA books at moment, removal of this shareholder sap can only encourage them. Be surprised if Santos don't make formal move on AZA and be interesting to see whether they are interested in NXS as well.
