My recent experiences with takes are MTR, SRX and ZNT.
MTR looked like the TO was off the cards then it was back on.
SRX share price was getting hammered due to the dodgy prior CEO.
ZNT was weird as they hard a large recent holder on the board and an offer seemed like a matter of time.
