Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me.. is there any evidence whatsoever that the ongoing sell offers are being posted by the same person??? Also, if a takeover was on the cards for the near future, board members would be aware of it and therefore unable to (legally) purchase more shares.. which has happened recently. The down trend in the share price is simply a genuine market reaction to the FY Results and FY19 projections.
