I do as I have vested interest as well as I don’t think it will hold at this price for long.

Something out of ordinary is happening, if there is a same seller selling, why is he / she selling slowly. If this is a genuine seller trying to sell at the best price then this is not a smart seller as this seller can wait for the price to go up (as the price is trying to push up).

Surely, someone is happy to sell 5m or 10m shares at loss to depress the price so much that even 50% TO premium will sound like a get out deal to the shareholders. This way they can sell 10m shares at loss and acquire 146m shares at may be 30/50% discount or more that wouldn’t be available if the price is 90c. Someone is playing gamble as we should vote against TO under $3 if any. It will be a slap on their face.
