He did well then. He wouldn't sell now as I think even NTC didnt expect this market reaction. They think they did a fairly good job, which in my view, they did.

I think there is just one seller selling to keep the price down. Two days ago, after market close to 4.10pm, everytime someone puts a buy order for price higher than 74c, there is a counter order to ensure the closing price is 73.5c, with 1 share shortfall. It changed 4 times. Not sure the motive.
