how is this chairman not either doing a buyback (shows the company believes the shares are cheap plus eps accretive) or buying shares himself. directors fees should be cut in half and paid in shares and potentially the same with top management. the remuneration at NTC is a joke and whoever chairs the rem committee needs to stop the gravy train otherwise shareholders will and that will not be good for anyone.
why would shareholders rIsk their capital and believe in the company when the directors refuse to....
