30/03/2006 Matrix Metals announced that exploration work completed in recent months in the Companys large tenement block area to the south of Cloncurry has been successful in identifying a host of new uranium anomalies. Exploration for uranium within Matrixs tenement will now have two distinct components. In the first instance, uranium will be explored for as a matter of course in Matrixs ongoing copper exploration pursuits. In addition, the companys JV partner Deep Yellow is programmed to commence active field exploration on Matrixs tenements in April 2006.
