I'd like to know how much debt Vista Equity Partners are carring on eagleview from purchasing for 750 million, Now spending more on omni earth & paying spoof fish, you can see by what they are buying that they paid way to much for old technology.
With interest rates looking like they will rise, in the USA it will be interesting to see how the books stack up on eagleview.
Would be good to know who is behind these 1 share trades & report them for manipulation. There should be some sort of law passed to stamp this out.
