I think people who buy will be doing so in anticipation of a successful refinancing - if that happens then it will be quite a simple multi-bagger.
On the flipside if it doesnt get refinancing you no doubt lose your money.
If it starts moving more than a few notches i would believe that to be indicitive of good news leaking.
I wouldnt be gambling too much on it anyway.....
