Caramello, Exactly how I originally viewed this stock however reading it does appear to be a formality...though as long as debt is an issue (and will be for some time) then there is risk.
I was just wondering if it is clearly stated that the bank will be deciding whether or not to re-finance by end of June or is it simply when re-financing and conditions set will be finalised.
