According to the free TA analysis on trading view LPE is a strong buy !! - so indeed things may be swinging towards the right direction - been a while coming.

On my rather unsophisticated TA a buy trigger occurred on the 7th Sep - the 50SMA crossed the 100SMA - upwardy - additionally shorter term SMA 10 trending up from the 26th Sep.
