Its not an issue I can claim expertise in, but it appears to be targeting wholesale prices and whether they are being passed on by the retailers.
LPEs embedded networks do already pass these on as can be seen in the reduced COGs and relative receipts, but importantly the LPE margin is maintained, So a wholesale price drop does not change LPEs profit margin.
The DMC business is directly competing with other retailers, so will need to compete, but again if the wholesale price drops they can pass on savings without compromising margin.
My bear case is at 8.53 GWh/month.
